Tioga-Nicetown, Pennsylvania (February 22, 2018) – A female pedestrian was injured after she was hit by a hit-and-run driver on Wednesday in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia, police said.

The crash took place at around 12 a.m. Wednesday, February 21, at the intersection of Hunting Park and Pulaski avenues.

According to police, the woman suffered injuries to the arm and was transported to Einstein Medical Center in stable condition.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
