Two Injured in Fiery 3-Car Accident in Roaring Spring

Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania (February 23, 2018) – At least two people were injured in a fiery multi-vehicle collision in Roaring Spring on Thursday morning, February 22.

According to a local news source, the three-vehicle collision was reported in the area of Plum Creek Road and Woodbury Pike.

According to a report by the Hollidaysburg-based state police, a pickup truck and two vehicles collide on the roadway with the impact causing the truck to crash through a guardrail and roll down an embankment.

The truck is reported to have caught fire after the collision. The fire was extinguished by the responding firefighters.

The truck driver and the driver of one of the two vehicles were injured in the collision and were transported to UMPC Altoona.

The identities of the patients were not immediately disclosed.

An investigation is ongoing.
