Stephen Dilick Killed and 1 Injured in Eulalia Township Car Crash on Route 6
Coudersport, Pennsylvania (February 21, 2018) — A 54-year-old man was killed in a traffic collision which left a woman injured in Coudersport, Eulalia Township, on Monday evening
The fatal collision occurred at about 6:10 p.m. February 19, on Route 6.
According to the police, Stephen Dilick, 54, of Coudersport, was driving a dark blue Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound on Route 6 when he drifted into the northbound lanes for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a gray Cadillac Deville operated by Michael Kellar, 52, of Smethport.
Both drivers had to be extricated from their vehicles before being taken to Cole Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Dilick did not survive.
Kellar was reported to be in stable condition as of Tuesday afternoon.
An investigation to establish the cause of the accident is ongoing.
