Greenwich Township, Pennsylvania (February 19, 2018) – Several people were injured in a crash involving multiple vehicles on Saturday night in Greenwich Township, according to authorities.

The crash happened just after 5:10 p.m. Saturday, February 17, on Interstate 78 near the Berks County line.

At least three vehicles reportedly rolled over in the crash.

Details on the number of the vehicles involved were not immediately available.

Police said two people were hospitalized with head injuries. The exact number of people injured and the extent of their injuries was unknown.

The highway was closed between exit 45 in Lehigh County and exit 40 in Berks County as officials worked to clear the scene.
