Sarah Slovinsky ID’d as Driver Killed in Rayne Township Multi-Vehicle Crash on Route 85
Rayne Township, Pennsylvania (September 19, 2018) – The school bus driver who was killed Tuesday afternoon in a multi-vehicle collision in Rayne Township has been identified as Sarah Slovinsky, 34, of Beyer, authorities said.
The collision occurred at around 3:40 p.m. September 18, on Route 85.
According to the authorities, a westbound vehicle was stopped to turn left when it was rear-ended by a pickup truck. The pickup continued into the eastbound lane and hit a school bus driven by Beyer.
Beyer had to be extricated from the bus. She was later declared deceased.
The other two drivers suffered minor injuries. Their identities were not immediately disclosed.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
