1 Injured in West Earl Township Two-Vehicle Crash on Oregon Pike near Highland View Drive
West Earl Township, Pennsylvania (August 30, 2018) – One person was injured Wednesday morning in a traffic crash in West Earl Township, according to a police report.
The crash took place at about 8:00 a.m. August 29, on Oregon Pike, near Highland View Drive, just north of the on-ramp to Route 30.
As per the report, an 18-year-old Quarryville man was driving a vehicle when he rear-ended a car driven by northbound a 59-year-old East Earl woman.
The impact caused the man’s vehicle to overturn.
The woman was uninjured in the crash.
The man sustained injuries in the crash, and he was charged for causing the crash.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
The road was blocked until around 8:45 a.m. as the police investigated.
An investigation is underway.
