Four Injured in Manheim Township Multi-Vehicle Crash on Route 30 near Lititz Pike
Manheim Township, Pennsylvania (September 20, 2018) – Four people were injured Wednesday morning in a three-vehicle crash in Manheim Township, according to the police.
The crash occurred shortly before 10:00 a.m. September 19, on Route 30 near Lititz Pike.
Police said a 20-year-old woman was driving a Dodge Dakota when she rear-ended a Chevrolet sedan operated by a 50-year-old man.
The impact caused the Dodge to veer off the roadway and struck a Subaru driven by a 60-year-old woman which was in the shoulder of the road.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated three occupants of the Chevrolet who were trapped in the wreckage.
The three victims and one other person were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening.
The crash remains under investigation.
