One Killed in Rayne Township Multi-Vehicle Crash along Route 85 near Route 119
Rayne Township, Pennsylvania (September 19, 2018) – A school bus was killed Tuesday afternoon in a multi-vehicle collision in Indiana County, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred just before 4:00 p.m. September 18, along Route 85, near Route 119.
According to the state police, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Route 85 when it struck another vehicle which was stopped to turn left onto Dogwood Circle. The first car then continued into the eastbound side and struck a bus.
The school bus driver was transported to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
The other two motorists were uninjured.
The crash remains under investigation.
