Fern Priestley, Tim Hank ID’d as Victims of Upper Saucon Township Crash on Route 309 at Center Valley Parkway
Upper Saucon Township, Pennsylvania (August 12, 2018) – The two people killed in a crash involving multiple vehicles on Sunday morning in Upper Saucon Township have been identified by the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
Fern Priestley, 77, and Tim Hank, 51, died in the wreck that took place on Route 309 at Center Valley Parkway at around 8:50 a.m.
According to a local news source, a tractor-trailer and several overturned vehicles were involved.
Hank was driving one of the vehicles and Priestley was a passenger in one of the other vehicles involved.
The crash caused a closure of the highway in both directions as officials cleared the scattered debris and fuel spill from the roadway.
The investigators were at the scene trying to find out what caused the crash.
