Earl Kelly, Dallion Lewis, Nicholas Neff and Denise Neff ID’d as Four among Five People Injured in Clearfield Township Crash on Route 422
Clearfield Township, Pennsylvania (August 28, 2018) – The identities of four among the five people who were injured Saturday afternoon in a three-vehicle collision in Clearfield Township have been disclosed, according to the state police.
The victims have been identified as Earl E. Kelly, 66, of Butler, Dallion C. Lewis, 31, of Clarksburg, Nicholas J. Neff, 31, and Denise L. Neff, 32, of Chicora.
The collision occurred at around 4:25 p.m. August 25, on Route 422.
Police said three vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.
Kelly who was driving one of the vehicles sustained moderate to serious injuries and was airlifted to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Lewis, who was the driver of the second car, also received moderate to serious injuries and was transported to AGH.
Nicholas who was operating the third car suffered minor injuries and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital. Two of Nicholas’ passengers, Denise, and a 13-year-old girl, all from Chicora, was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Reportedly, all the victims were wearing their seatbelts expect Kelly, at the time of the accident.
The victims’ conditions were not available as of Tuesday, August 28.
Police are investigating the crash.
