Bucks County, Pennsylvania (February 22, 2018) – Several people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash on Wednesday morning in Bucks County, according to authorities.

The crash happened at around 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, February 21, on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Mile Marker 41 in Milford Township.

It’s unclear how the collision happened.

Officials said four trucks were involved in the accident.

Five people were taken to hospitals with unknown injuries.

There was a leakage of diesel from some of the trucks which led to the closure of all northbound lanes at Lansdale interchange as officials worked to clear the scene.
