Teen Injured in Tioga Pedestrian Crash on North Broad Street and West Erie Avenue
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (September 19, 2018) – A child was struck and injured by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in the City’s Tioga section, according to police.
The crash occurred at around 8 a.m. on North Broad Street and West Erie Avenue.
It’s unclear whether the boy was trying to cross the street or walking long when he was hit.
The victim was transported to St. Christopher’s Hospital with head injuries.
The driver of the vehicle involved reportedly remained at the scene.
The accident is under investigation.
