Woman Injured in Bally Car Crash on Route 100
Bally, Pennsylvania (January 21, 2018) – A woman was injured in Friday afternoon multi-vehicle crash on Route 100 in Bally, according to authorities.
The incident took place shortly after 3:15 p.m. Friday, January 19 in the 400 block of Main Street.
Police said a car traveling northbound on Main Street drifted into the left lane and collided head-on with a car traveling southbound.
A woman riding in the northbound car was ejected by the Eastern Berks firefighters and transported to a hospital. The woman was said to be in severe pain after the crash.
At least two vehicles crashed into the back of others as northbound traffic slowed down due to the crash.
No one was hurt in the rear-end collisions.
The accident was investigated by Bally Police and State Police.
