Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (September 21, 2018) – Two people were hospitalized Thursday night after a head-on collision in Pittsburgh, according to Pittsburgh police.

The collision occurred at about 9:00 p.m. on Washington Boulevard near the Dog Stop, between Larimer and Lincoln avenues.

Police said a minivan was traveling up the hill on Washington Boulevard when an Audi crossed the center line and hit the van head-on.

Both drivers, who were the sole occupants of their vehicles, were transported to the hospital where they were listed stable condition.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
