57-Year-Old Man Injured in Pedestrian Crash on Stutzmantown Road in Somerset Township

Somerset Township, Pennsylvania (January 30, 2018) – A 57-year-old man was injured in an accident where a vehicle struck him on Monday evening in Somerset Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The accident took place at around 5:40 p.m. Monday, January 29 on Stutzmantown Road near Pleasant Hill Road and Village Road.

Police said the victim was unconscious with a head injury as he was being transported to Somerset Hospital by Somerset Area Ambulance.

The name of the victim was not released.

Pennsylvania State Police are working to determine the cause of the accident.
